STEP ONE: From the Highways
FROM THE EAST ON I-90:
Take I-90 to I-71 South to Rt 82 West Strongsville exit. Go west on Rt 82 past Pearl, and past Prospect to Rt 252. (There will be a large Waterfall Gardens Blue building with fish painted on it, on the left, as you near the intersection.) Then turn left at Rt 252/East River Road and follow directions below FROM THE NORTH HEADING SOUTH.
FROM THE WEST ON I-90:
Take I-90 heading from the west to east and exit at Rt 83. Take Rt 83 to Route 82/Royalton Rd. Then turn left onto Rt 82 until you get to Rt 252/East River Rd. Then follow directions below FROM THE NORTH HEADING SOUTH.
FROM THE NORTH ON I-71:
Get off at the Strongsville/Rt 82 West exit. Head West on Rt 82/Royalton Rd through the City of Strongsville, past Pearl Rd, past Prospect Rd, past Waterfall Gardens on your left (bright blue building with fish on it) until you reach the intersection of Rt 82 and Rt 252. You will see Columbia Deli on the corner. Follow directions below FROM THE NORTH HEADING SOUTH.
FROM THE SOUTH ON I-71:
Get off at the Brunswick/Rt. 303 exit. Head West on Rt. 303 through City of Brunswick, past Pearl Rd, until you reach the intersection of Rt 303 and Rt 252 in Valley City.. You will see a gas station on the corner. Follow directions below FROM THE SOUTH HEADING NORTH.
From the Hotels
FROM HOLIDAY INN or SUPER 8 MOTEL in STRONGSVILLE:
Turn left out drive heading West on Rt 82/Royalton Rd through the City of Strongsville, past Pearl Rd, past Prospect Rd, past Waterfall Gardens on your left (bright blue building with fish on it) until you reach the intersection of Rt 82 and Rt 252. You will see Columbia Deli on the corner. Follow directions below FROM THE NORTH HEADING SOUTH.
FROM THE QUALITY INN in BRUNSWICK:
Go North on S. Carpenter Rd past Laurel to Center Rd/Rt 303. Turn left heading West on Rt. 303 through City of Brunswick, past Pearl Rd, until you reach the intersection of Rt 303 and Rt 252 in Valley City. You will see a gas station on the corner. Follow directions below FROM THE SOUTH HEADING NORTH.

STEP TWO: Local area
FROM THE NORTH HEADING SOUTH:
We live on Rt. 252, called Columbia Road to the north and called East River Road to the south, but it is always Rt 252 on the maps. We are 2.3 miles South of Rt. 82. You will see Columbia Deli on the corner of the intersection of Rt 82 and Rt 252.
Heading South on Rt. 252 from the intersection of Rt. 252 and Rt. 82, as you near our place, these are the sign posts to look for:
Columbia Hills Country Club on the right. Emmons Road sign on the right. South Farm sign on the right then Rockin’ R Ranch on the right (very big field and sign). Start to slow down. Then on the right, you will see two driveways and two mailboxes. The first driveway has a pond and horses. Do not turn there. Turn into the SECOND driveway with 19322 on the mailbox. The mailbox is RED and there is a white BHUMI’s sign. (If you pass it, you will be at another large field and start downhill towards Boston Road and Medina County.)
FROM THE SOUTH HEADING NORTH:
We live on Rt 252, called Columbia Road to the far north, Columbia Road to the far south, East River Road where we are, but it is always Rt 252 on the maps.
We are north of Rt 303 a few miles. Go north on Rt 252 past Grafton Rd.(blinking stop sign), past a cement factory on your right, a sign “Entering Frog Jumping Country” leaving Medina County and entering Lorain Country, and past Boston Rd (on your right) Then you go uphill. At the top of the hill, slow down and after a few properties on your left, you will see a big field (our neighbors) and then two mailboxes and two driveways. Turn into the FIRST driveway with 19322 on the mailbox. The mailbox is RED and there is a white BHUMI’s sign. (If you pass us, you will be at another large field with a sign “Rockin’ R Ranch”)

STEP THREE: Parking
There are two parking lot areas.
1. Drive down to the studio building (south side of the residence) and BACK INTO the green paver lot on the left (so you will be facing out to leave). If the lot is full, turn around and park in the parking area back at the beginning of the drive by the street.
2. Please do NOT park on any grassy areas on the garage side of the house! (The septic system is underground there).
3. If the parking by the studio/house is full, then park up by the street in the green paver lot between the entrance from the street and the fenced vegetable garden. Again, BACK IN so you will be FACING OUT when you leave.
4. This parking arrangement makes it very easy for everyone to leave the event at the same time. Thank you.
