Bhumi's Yoga and Wellness Center for 16 years has offered annual local retreats (Spring/Fall), Out-of-Town Retreats, and special retreat vacations to various overseas locations such as: Costa Rica, Italy, India.
These retreats are dedicated to holistic practices for restoration, rejuvenation, and relaxation. The hands on experiential education of holistic practices helps you take them home to incorporate into your life for increased wellness.
These retreats are so popular, some participants return year after year, yet the groups are small, so you have lots of personalized attention.
